  • parenting in a partnership at home - agreeing on parenting values and strategies.

  • co-parenting after a divorce - challenges and choices, values and strategies.

  • parenting in a pandemic and its effect on home life, education, careers, relationships, testing values, extended family relations,

  • parenting when you or your kids (or both) have ADHD - choices, routines, supports, maintaining connection

  • parenting when your kid has a chronic illness or learning difference

  • creating a home that reflects your values (for the environment, family life, community, giving back)

  • how do you be a single parent and look for a new partner

  • you have culturally or racially mixed kids and wonder how best to support them

  • some thing(s) don’t work about how your home is organized


    What isn’t working as well as you would like to at home? What worries you most?

CAREER | JOB | BUSINESS

  • you are bored at your job and you are thinking about making a change

  • you constantly run up against the same issues in performance reviews - maybe time for a new approach

  • ADHD at work is kicking your butt - how can you make the changes you need to succeed

  • the pandemic threw your career for a loop - you lost your job or working from home became a thing, and it’s not working for you

  • you are working from home with a partner and children also working and learning from home and it’s not working

  • you have a big presentation or workshop coming up, and you need to decide what to include and how to present the material
